BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do now hold a Statutory Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, to consider the following application(s): Official Plan Amendment OPA2-25 and associated Zoning By-law Amendment Z4-25 by applicant/owner Charlotte Lewington and Hugh Handy on behalf of owner 1379422 Ontario Inc. c/o Andrew Wildeboer for property location 101089 10 Sideroad; Part of Lot 11, Concession 9.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Consultant Planning Report dated January 21, 2026, for Official Plan Amendment Application OPA2-25, for the property located at 101055 10 Sideroad, Concession 9, West Part of Lot 11, Part 1 on Plan 7R-6906 be received; and That Council adopt Official Plan Amendment Number 11 with respect to application file OPA2-25; and Further that staff be directed to submit the required documentation to the County of Dufferin for approval in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.
